My focus
I work with people who are depressed, anxious, grieving, struggling with self-esteem, having family problems, and wanting to change behaviors that have been detrimental to their happiness. I work with teenagers struggling to find their niche and elderly patients who are lonely and need someone to talk with.
My approach
My work is focused, goal-directed, and problem-centered, while offering support, warmth, and deep regard for your potential for change. I treat every session as an opportunity to make progress using approaches that help us build a shared understanding of what's lacking as we work together to resolve the issues you confront.
