I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has been in practice in Temecula since 2001. I have worked for various non-profit agencies, Child Protective Services, and Departments of Mental Health in both San Diego and Riverside Counties. I was an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Diego Marriage & Family Therapy program.

My goals for you

My approach to setting goals with clients includes taking time to get to know one another and build trust while working together to identify and prioritize measurable goals. I encourage clients to share what they are thinking and how they are feeling about therapy and the process of change at any time.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you through each step of the process.
