My journey to mental healthcare

As a survivor of domestic violence, I know how important it is to find support and understanding. I am also the surviving spouse of an Army officer who died of cancer due to burn pit exposure. I bring my experience and resilience to therapy to encourage and support you.

Therapy is a partnership, and communication is key. As we work together, we will sort through and prioritize your treatment goals based on your needs and values.

Our first session is an opportunity for you to tell your story and identify your goals. If you don't have goals, we can imagine where you would like to be. We have to know where we are going to develop a plan and strategies.
