I am a passionate therapist who believes in the importance of therapeutic work and therapeutic relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

I work with clients who have experienced complex trauma, and any client who is ready to do the "work" of healing.

My approach

My clinical orientation comes from a psychodynamic, attachment, and family systems lens. My focus is to help my clients heal their inner child and break any intergenerational trauma or any trauma history they have experienced.

My communication style

The tone I like to set with my clients is providing validation and a space where they can feel safe.

My journey to mental healthcare

What drives me to do this work is my family and my belief in the work that we do as therapists. Also, having gone through my own healing journey in therapy, because it helped me understand the concepts of having to take care of oneself and then being able to help others.

I engage my clients to set goals for what they want to work on.

Our first session

I will go over the informed consent and provide insight into what the therapeutic process will look like. In the first session, I also want my clients to get to know me and ask any questions because I truly feel therapy is like a pair of "shoes" and they need to feel comfortable.
