With empathy and compassion, I offer a safe space in meeting each person where they are to create a personalized plan for change using the clients strengths and coping skills.
My approach
Together, we can create change! I use a collaborative approach utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic approaches. With a Motivation Interviewing approach, I build rapport and empower individuals from sustain talk to change talk. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I assist individuals who struggle with negative thought patterns and schemas.
