Hi there, I'm Kimberly Anne!

I work with individuals and families navigating life's challenges. My background includes extensive experience supporting people from preschool through adulthood, and I bring a deep understanding of how family dynamics and developmental stages shape our experiences.

My focus

I partner with people of all different ages, stages, and backgrounds to help them work through a wide variety of life's challenges. Much of my experience has been working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, compassion fatigue, relationships, family issues, life stress, and challenges of parenting.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client. I work from a strengths-based, solution-focused, holistic orientation while recognizing and being sensitive to each individual's familial and cultural reality. I view creating meaning out of significant events and life experiences as a collaborative process.
