Hi there, I'm Geoffrey!

The thought of therapy can be scary for some, but I am here to help you find and use tools that work best for you. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives and have the ability to achieve their goals. I work with populations including youth, adults, couples, and families. I am glad to listen and provide a safe and supportive space.

My focus

I have worked with many clients through grief, couples work, complex trauma, and transitions in life. I have worked with clients as young as five and as old as eighty-five. No matter the client, I focus on who you are as an individual and to help you grow.

My approach

I start with a client-centered approach to help individuals feel safe and empowered to grow to become their best selves. I adapt to best fit each individual's personality and circumstances. We will work together to pursue your goals and needs.
