Focused on helping you meet your goals, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you develop skills for managing feelings and relationships. I aim to help you feel included, important, affirmed, and empowered.

I work with clients on anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, life transitions, substance use, and women's issues. I enjoy working with individuals who are looking to become their best selves and who want to resolve any problems that are preventing them from reaching their goals.
