Hi there, I'm Nicole Erin!

Beginning therapy is a sacred act of courage and care for your own soul. I honor you for listening to that inner call and taking this step. I intend to hold a space where you feel safe, seen, and deeply supported as you move through your healing journey. I walk alongside people navigating life’s transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My focus

I support adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the tender work of building self-esteem. Whether you’re healing from trauma, learning new ways to cope, or reaching toward your personal goals, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you. We’ll create a path forward that feels nurturing, empowering, and truly your own.

My approach

My approach as a therapist is eclectic and grounded in what best supports your unique journey. I draw from humanistic, Gestalt, and somatic practices, as well as cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we’ll work not only with your thoughts, but also with the wisdom of your body, your emotions, and your lived experience.
