My journey to mental healthcare

Both my parents are in the helping field. Being a therapist was in my personality from the start. Both parents encouraged open communication and talking about my feelings. I feel that I am passionate about helping others due to my parents.

Goal setting acts as a roadmap to follow when it comes to overcoming challenges and achieving things in life. I believe collaborating will strengthen our therapeutic alliance. We will work together in setting attainable short-term and long-term goals.

Our first session

During the initial visit, we will get to know each other. I'll ask questions like 'What brought you to therapy?' and explore your history, relationships, living situation, and career. All these questions will lead to setting your goals and creating a plan that feels right for you.
