Hi there, I'm Ramy!

Do you overthink, replay conversations, predict problems, spiral, or get stuck in patterns that keep you from making progress? I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and struggles with procrastination and follow-through. I also help with boundaries, people-pleasing, self-doubt, guilt, resentment, and frustration.

My focus

Adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and difficulties with follow-through. Clients might overthink, self-doubt, people-please, feel guilty or ashamed, or navigate conflict with mixed success. I also have a particular focus on relationship patterns that affect closeness, boundaries, and functioning.

My approach

Direct, caring, collaborative, and solution focused. Multiple modalities depending on what's most useful. This can include CBT to identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, psychodynamic work to understand deeper emotional and relational patterns, and experiential or existential work to practice and identify what matters most to you.
