I have worked with clients aged 3-98 years old. I believe that everyone deserves fair, good, and quality care.

My focus

I have experience working in many different Mental Health Services capacities. I feel privileged to work with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and all other mental illnesses.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies depending on where the client is in treatment. I mainly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My communication style

My communication style is approachable, calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I would like my clients to be comfortable and feel safe to share in sessions what they are not able to share outside of sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I first fell in love with therapy while working with individuals with developmental disabilities. I then furthered my education and learned to work with severe mental illness in many capacities.

My goals for you

I am a firm believer that treatment should be client-driven. I like to empower my clients to take control of their treatment and goals and utilize me as a support system.

Our first session

During our first session, I will introduce myself, talk about limits to confidentiality, policies, and procedures for sessions, mandated reporting, assess clients, and answer any questions.
