I am Sergio Ibanez, LCSW. My focus is to provide support and guidance. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy (ages 5+) using a client-centered approach. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), etc. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

My focus
My client focus is ages 5 years and up. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I practice using a cultural humility approach. I have experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds (HIV, homeless, LGBTQIA, school-based services, and others).
My communication style
I provide a safe space to express thoughts and feelings while providing ongoing support and guidance. I focus on goals targeting current mental health challenges.

Throughout my career, my background has always been helping others. I get great satisfaction as clients make mental health improvements with my guidance and support.
