Hi there, I'm Lisa!

I know that reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, especially when life feels overwhelming or you're facing changes you didn't expect. I work with people navigating stress, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and overwhelming emotions. I believe balance, connection, and finding moments of joy are key components to healing!

My focus

I work with adolescents (14+), young adults, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship and family challenges, low self-esteem, or stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued and understood.

My approach

Every person is different, so I tailor therapy to what works best for you. If talking comes naturally, we'll talk. If it doesn't, we can explore other ways to process and express your experiences through art, music, or other creative approaches. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy and Feedback Informed Care to meet you where you are!
