I work with young adults and adults experiencing stress from grief, life transitions, relational or professional problems, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression. With a background in intergenerational trauma, we can work together toward honoring your goals.

My approach is strength-based, client-centered, and goal-driven. I'm here to support, guide, educate, and at times challenge you in achieving your personal goals through clear, open communication in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

I've been drawn to work with those facing challenges my entire life. I truly believe we are all capable of bettering our lives and ourselves, no matter our circumstances.

Therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify and set goals that matter to you, whether improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. As therapy evolves, your goals can be adjusted accordingly.

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and for you to share your background. Feeling anxious about starting therapy is normal; it takes strength to discuss hard topics. We'll take it one step at a time in a non-judgmental, safe, supportive environment.
