Clients have commented that working with me is like talking to a friend who listens and, at the same time, offers expert recommendations. I understand the difficulties that bring you to therapy, and part of my focus is making you feel as comfortable as possible, while at the same time supporting you with achieving the goals you set out to achieve.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been interested in people, culture, and relationships. Through various courses, I began to focus on unmet needs, which led me to my career in psychotherapy.

My goals for you

I gather information about what you are struggling with and how it affects you now. We review what has and has not worked, then develop focused goals specifically addressing your concerns.

Our first session

During the first session with me, a client can expect to be met with warmth and empathy. My focus during our first session is to establish rapport or a secure therapeutic relationship. While I am getting to know my client better, I am also allowing them to get to know me as their therapist.
