My journey to mental healthcare

My journey started as a yoga teacher in college. I decided to continue my career working with people using mindful skills. I have lived experience, including my education and work experience. I have worked 10 years in a treatment facility working with Eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

We will clearly identify the client's goals, encouraging them to identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. We will create a plan, provide support, and explore challenges. Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements is vital for clients' success.
