My definition of success is rediscovering happiness and shaping hope for a better now. I meet people in their darkest times and meet them where they are in their lives. I work together with building foundations and have insight to new ideas. I want to establish trust, guide, evaluate, and treat people in need.

I acknowledge the differences between lifestyle backgrounds, build self-worth in people that feel hopeless, and work with adults on common triggers that are hard to escape.

My approach

I use cognitive behavior therapy to help build awareness and reshape your thoughts. Furthermore, I utilize brainspotting to process deep seeded traumas. My approach is collaborative and encouraging. I work on trust and building support.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a person of color and have experienced racial disparities throughout my life. I started off my career aiding the unhoused as a social worker. My hope was to raise awareness to their hardship. I noticed that people that experience trauma are more likely to feel unheard, so I transitioned to therapy to establish support that was needed.

My goals for you

I establish short term goals that are easily measurable and achievable. I avoid setting others for failure. You make the goal, and I help create the roadmap to achieving it. I recognize most people struggle with change and will be reassuring if setbacks occur.
