My communication style is warm, calm, and genuine. I create a space where clients feel at ease sharing openly and know they are truly being heard. I listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to support insight, understanding, and emotional safety.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist grew from years of working closely with people in challenging circumstances, including roles in schools and leadership in domestic violence and transitional housing programs. These experiences inspired me to pursue therapy as a way to offer deeper, one-on-one support.

My goals for you

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Together, we clarify what matters most to you, explore patterns that may be getting in the way, and work toward changes that feel meaningful, realistic, and aligned with your values and needs.

Our first session

In our first session, my focus is on helping you feel comfortable while getting a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns and goals at a gentle pace. Many clients leave feeling relieved and more hopeful.
