I work with individuals from youth to elderly, couples, and families. I address childhood trauma, relationship problems, substance abuse impact, domestic violence, and military stressors. I treat anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD, bulimia, addiction, depression, and mood disorders.

My journey to mental healthcare

Struggling during a difficult childhood with help from positive mentors gave me the desire to understand human behavior. Early volunteering instilled the magic of helping. The power of joining with another in their personal growth continues to energize my passion.
