I work with adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, emotional disconnection, or major life changes. Together, we can strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, build healthier boundaries, and create a greater sense of safety, confidence, and connection.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and compassionate. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, family systems, and culturally responsive care to help clients understand patterns, build emotional regulation, and reconnect with their strengths at a pace that feels safe.
