I work with adults and youth who have anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues due to experiencing trauma. Using Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and strength-based approaches, I create a space where healing can begin.

I work with youth and adults dealing with childhood or recent social and interpersonal trauma that manifests as anxiety, depression, and challenges in coping with day-to-day needs of work, school, and family. My commitment is to help you achieve your life goals and find peace and contentment.

My approach is highly collaborative and creates a non-judgmental space where you will feel safe, respected, and understood. I use Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, and EMDR to assist you on your healing journey.
