I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages. My passion lies in helping individuals move forward to happier and more fulfilling lives.

My focus

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, minors (ages 13-17), preteens (ages 8-12), and children as young as 5. My specialties include ADHD, adolescents/teens, adoption, aging, Alzheimer's, anger management, anxiety, autism/Asperger's, behavioral issues, career counseling, chronic illness/pain, and working with older adults.

Together, we will explore the issues that are important to you as an individual, and I will guide you to trust and honor your own intuitive knowing.

This is an opportunity for me to learn more about you and your unique needs, and for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Together, we will create a safe, collaborative space to begin our work.
