I have supported individuals’ ability to access their inherent tools to overcome struggles connected to trauma, grief & loss, depression, and general anxiety. Throughout my experience, I have developed skills in providing therapy to underrepresented, underserved families, children, individuals, and couples.

My therapeutic stance is client-centered and strength-based. Through the use of Motivational Interviewing and techniques from the Harm Reduction Model, I can provide the clients I serve with a thorough, strength-based, and client-driven assessment of their mental health needs.
