My name is Anthony DiMaggio, and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Los Angeles, California. I work with individuals statewide and specialize in anxiety, stress, and chronic pain. My therapeutic approach combines mindfulness-based techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

With my extensive background in mindfulness spanning over 10 years, I integrate mindfulness-based strategies into my practice to help you become more aware of your underlying thoughts and beliefs. By incorporating cognitive behavioral strategies, we can make the necessary adjustments to these thoughts and beliefs, aligning them with your vision and goals. However, I understand that each client is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic style to suit your needs.
My focus
I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, stress, and chronic pain. I find joy in supporting clients who are seeking personal freedom and self-assurance in their lives. I work well with individuals who want to reduce their anxiety, find more peace and purpose, and build resilience. I also have firsthand experience assisting individuals coping with the associated mental distress that often accompanies chronic pain.

My deep compassion for others and innate curiosity about human behavior have always driven my interest in understanding people and supporting them on their path through life. My first session with you
During our initial session, I'll actively listen to your current circumstances and motivations for seeking therapy. Together, we'll gain a sense of where we should focus based on your goals.
