As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I offer specialized treatment for disordered eating, body image concerns, and related issues. My extensive training and experience, coupled with my certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor, enable me to guide you in breaking free from diet culture and rebuilding a healthy, fulfilling relationship with food, exercise, and your body.

Drawing upon my background as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I often incorporate mindfulness techniques and meditation practices into our sessions when desired, to enhance the therapeutic process.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep desire to help others navigate life's challenges and rediscover their innate resilience. After recovering from my own eating disorder, I felt called to help others find freedom in their eating disorders too. Over the years, I have honed my skills and expertise through extensive clinical training and experience, working at renowned treatment centers such as Clearview Treatment Programs, Center for Discovery, Promises Malibu Vista, and Resolutions Therapeutic Services.

My first session with you
In our first session, I'll conduct a comprehensive assessment to gain an understanding of who you are and where you come from. We'll talk about your history and the reasons you're coming to therapy at this time. Then, we'll collaborate to formulate a treatment plan with achievable, realistic goals that are tailored to your specific needs and issues.
