I believe that this journey starts with self-love and unconditional acceptance. People are far too often judgmental and unkind to themselves. I believe that compassion goes a long way.

You have a reason and purpose as to why you are here on Earth. Sometimes it's hard to remember that when you are stuck in your mind.
