My journey into therapy began with an interest in how people develop well-being and thrive after surviving trauma. I’m passionate about helping others build resilience, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Our work will focus on helping you develop healthier ways to relate to your thoughts and feelings while creating meaningful change aligned with your values and goals.
