My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey began with a fascination for people and was shaped by working with foster youth, traveling the world, and becoming a mother. I love supporting clients through challenges and witnessing their growth. I am continually inspired by the human capacity to reach for light and strength, even in the darkest moments.

Your first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel a little unsure - we'll create a plan together and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll be here to listen, support you, and start to figure out how to make life feel a bit more manageable.
