My path into therapy started with a deep curiosity about human resilience and a commitment to helping people uncover their strength in the face of life’s challenges. Working with trauma survivors reinforced just how transformative therapy can be. I’m guided by the belief that everyone holds the potential for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to connect and explore what led you to seek therapy. It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous, and my aim is to create a space where you can feel safe and listened to. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you, taking things step by step, and I’ll be there to support and guide you throughout.
