Hi there, I'm Roberta!

Welcome, because you have arrived this far, I am confident that you dare to reach your desired outcome. My passion is meeting you where you are in your life with compassion, honesty, humor, and acceptance. I use a combination of modalities, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, 12-step, and Motivational Strength-based techniques.

My focus

I work with adults from 19 to 100+ (YES, really) who are ready to create their ideal life. Transitions, stress, addictions, and end-of-life changes can catch us off guard and often make us feel stuck. Together, we'll determine the path that will help you be who you want to be. Not what others expect, but your own unique expression of self.

My approach

My client-centered approach depends on your age, stage in life, values, and personal goals. I want to get to know you and collaborate together to help you grow and change while respecting your boundaries and comfort zone. I will challenge patterns that do not serve you using what I like to call 'carefrontation' as opposed to harsh confrontation.
