My communication style

I am kind and direct. My priority is to listen and HEAR. You have all my attention and support. I know the map and there are lots of paths to choose from. We go together.

My journey to mental healthcare

An old mentor, who was guiding me on my growth path, noticed that I was "a natural" and offered to train me. It took me a couple of more years to accept his wisdom. With the decision to move into the field, opportunities, guides, and mentors just started showing up. I find that as long as I say "Yes" to growth, the teachers appear.

My goals for you

It is your journey and we walk it together. What you want to experience in your life sets the direction we take. The walk can go as far as you want. No limits!

Our first session

This is the start of a relationship, so we start with building - getting to know you, letting you know who I am. I will listen to your story - just as much of it as you want to share. We look for some clarity on where you want to go and jointly start a plan to get you there. All along the way, we will continuously assess and adapt.
