I integrate self-compassion, mindfulness, and resilience-building into our work when appropriate.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify and challenge distorted thinking patterns, alter unhelpful behaviors, and develop adaptive coping strategies. I also use Motivational Interviewing to guide you through enhancing your motivation and commitment to change, while respecting your autonomy and values.
