My communication style

In my sessions, I create a space that feels warm, open, and judgment-free–like having a real, honest conversation with a bestie! I believe in transparency and authenticity, allowing you to express yourself freely without fear of judgment or pretense. My goal is to make you feel safe, heard, and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in psychology and human behavior began in high school, leading me to major in psychology in college. Wanting to make a greater impact on mental health, I pursued social work, earning my degree and gaining hands-on experience through internships.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively, ensuring that each client's goals align with their personal values, needs, and readiness for change. We start by exploring what truly matters to you and identifying areas where you want growth or healing. From there, we break larger goals into small, achievable steps, making the process feel empowering.

Our first session

In our first session, my main goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and heard. We'll have a relaxed conversation about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. I'll also ask a bit about your background, relationships, and any patterns you've noticed in your life.
