In my sessions, I create a space that feels warm, open, and judgment-free–like having a real, honest conversation with a bestie! My goal is to make you feel safe, heard, and supported while we navigate your healing journey together with honesty, empathy, and genuine connection.

My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in psychology and human behavior began early, leading me to pursue social work and gain hands-on experience. My passion for therapy truly solidified when I went to therapy myself while dealing with a significant life-altering situation.

I approach goal setting collaboratively, ensuring your goals align with your personal values, needs, and readiness for change. We break larger goals into small, achievable steps, making the process feel manageable and empowering while creating meaningful, sustainable change.

In our first session, my main goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and heard. We'll have a relaxed conversation about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. There's no pressure to share everything at once–we'll go at a pace that feels right for you!
