My areas of focus include addiction, problem gambling, depression, anxiety, and working with those who identify as neurodivergent. I create a space where you can explore challenges and build skills that support your well-being and growth.

I typically work with adults (including college age) who are struggling with goals, stressors, depression, anxiety, addiction, sex and porn problems, and gambling.

My approach

My therapeutic approach includes empowerment, coaching, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

My communication style

A session with me will be welcoming and empowering, yet informative. I believe in educating my clients to be able to make informed decisions about their lives. I also utilize workbooks and other resources.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been interested in working with people. I believe being a counselor is more than a job, it's a calling. I continue to be motivated to do this work because of this belief.
