I focus on a strengths-based, solution-focused, CBT, and DBT approaches to aid and guide families and clients in overcoming their challenges and realizing their own potential and autonomy. I am all about promoting self-exploration, self-determination, and creating one’s own identity.

I have a very open communication style. The tone of our sessions is dictated by you—after all, this is your therapy, not mine. We move at your pace and create a space that feels right for you.
