I use strengths-based, solution-focused, CBT, and DBT approaches to help you overcome challenges and realize your potential. I promote self-exploration, self-determination, and creating your own identity while supporting your autonomy and growth.

I have a very open communication style. The tone of our sessions is dictated by you—after all, this is your therapy, not mine. We move at your pace and create a space that feels right for you.
