Hi there, I'm Beth!

Have you recently experienced a loss-maybe it was a job, a relationship ended, or even the death of a loved one? You are not alone through your grief and loss. I would be honored to support and walk alongside you as you navigate life. Grief and loss, in addition to anxiety and depressive symptoms, can be present, and I would like to help!

My focus

Struggling with how to live life in the midst of anxiety, brain fog, sadness, and uncertainty? When we experience a loss, life can become unclear, our identity shifts, and our minds and bodies respond in unfamiliar ways. I can help in untangling emotions while also exploring the impact of grief on the mind and body. There is still hope and joy!

My approach

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of my work, where a safe and trusting relationship is established collaboratively. You are the expert on your life, and I am a guide, support, and mentor along the journey. Through the use of psychodynamic theory, family systems work, CBT, DBT, and other modalities, I use an eclectic approach.
