My communication style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing openly, knowing that you’ll be met with empathy and without judgment. I strive to balance listening deeply with offering honest, compassionate feedback, and I adjust my approach depending on what you need in the moment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. I’ve seen firsthand, both in my own life and within my family, how empowering and strengthening therapy can be. Experiencing the ways that therapy helps people heal, grow, and feel more like themselves inspired me to pursue this work so I could offer that same support to others.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to identify what feels most important to them and breaking those goals into realistic, meaningful steps. Together, we explore the challenges that may be getting in the way and build practical coping strategies and tools that can be applied in everyday life.

Our first session

During our first session, my main goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll begin by getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy, including any challenges or concerns you’re currently facing.
