I have professional experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to therapy can take courage, and I'm proud of you for doing so!

I have experience supporting grief, loss, Anxiety, and couples' challenges. The adult opportunities for growth can be many, and I am present to help you find your way. For the facets of behavior modification for children, I have an approach to help many different types of needs. Let me help you to help yourself.

My approach

I use whatever you feel makes sense for your care, as well as research-based interventions. I have more current experience with EMDR and CBT, such as for trauma and anxiety.
