I typically work with clients presenting with Grief, Complex Grief, CPTSD, PTSD, Disability, Anxiety, and Depression. I additionally support those who would like more understanding of their emotions and how they manifest in the body.
My approach
I offer a holistic approach to therapy, utilizing psychodynamic work to examine the life process, while integrating CBT to shift perceptions and inner dialogue. I use somatic resources including diaphragmatic breathing, EFT tapping, Mindfulness-based therapy, and Embodied Awareness to work with trauma and grief.
