Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

I love working with clients as they journey through therapy.

My focus

I work with clients from adolescence to middle adulthood. My training and experience are focused on anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and interpersonal relationship issues.

My approach

I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives. I provide the training and guidance, but the client does the work. This is the most effective way to achieve lasting change. In addition to psychotherapy practices, I am extensively trained in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

My communication style

I want my clients to know they can share anything with me without judgment. I am a good listener and am willing to walk with you through the tough times.

I enjoy supporting people as they encounter challenges in their lives. It's my favorite part of the job!

My goals for you

Goal setting in therapy should be collaborative. Goals determine how long clients will be in therapy, what topics are prioritized, and if they ultimately feel therapy has benefited them. It's important that clients have power in the goal-setting process.

Our first session

The first sessions of therapy will be conducted to address the presenting concerns that brought the client to therapy. It may also be important to discuss the historical context of these concerns.
