I have worked helping many clients deal with addiction, codependency, grief and loss, shame, and issues concerning adult children of alcoholics.

My focus

I have worked with all types but seem to be most skilled with women's issues, parenting, relationships, adult children of alcoholics, codependency, depression, anxiety, and addiction.

My approach

I use a variety of modalities in most cases. I am client-centered and well-versed in many approaches and open to finding the best fit for the person and the issue.
