My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, helping you build insight, strengthen coping, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences or trauma. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are looking for clarity, stronger communication, and emotional balance.
