I’ve been on the other side of the therapy chair—and that matters. My lived experience with depression, ADD, substance use, panic attacks, and trauma allows me to connect with clients in a way that’s real, grounded, and judgment-free. I’m not cookie-cutter or overly clinical. I’m down-to-earth, engaged, and adaptive, using approaches that fit you.

My style is comprehensive, straightforward, and empowering—helping clients build insight, develop real-world skills, and take meaningful action. Whether you’re just starting out, starting over, or simply ready to do things differently, therapy with me is about reclaiming agency, building resilience, and creating a path forward that is authentic.

Our first session

Your first session is about getting oriented, not being analyzed. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, no “right” way to show up, and no expectation that you tell your entire life story in one hour. We’ll start by getting to know each other in a real, down-to-earth way. You’ll have space to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy.
