My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to make the world a better place in whatever way I can. My own struggles and triumphs led me to want to share tips, insights, and coping skills with others who are facing similar challenges.

My goals for you

I help you set achievable, client-centered goals and break down larger goals into smaller, manageable steps. I make sure you see your progress and give yourself credit, even when it's hard to recognize how far you've come.

I want you to feel heard and understood. I hope you'll see hope and more attainable solutions to challenges you may have been struggling with for a long time. My goal is for you to gain better self-knowledge and an improved sense of mastery, empowerment, and confidence.
