My journey to mental healthcare

My path began with a psychology degree & clinical training, followed by supervised LMHC practice. I was drawn to therapy by a desire to help others heal, reduce stigma, & empower growth. Ongoing learning, cultural humility, & lived curiosity shape my compassionate, evidence‑based approach.

My goals for you

I collaborate to set productive, values‑aligned goals using evidence‑based approaches (CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing), skill‑building, & practical homework. I monitor progress, troubleshoot barriers, adjust the plan as needed, & celebrate gains to build sustainable change.

Our first session

We’ll kick off with warm, upbeat energy — think storyteller meets healer. I’ll ask about your story, goals, strengths, & struggles, do an intake, & answer questions. We’ll set a collaborative plan, try a few practical tools, & leave with clear next steps & hope. Fun, honest, & relatable!
