I am a licensed counselor in NJ, NY, and FL. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan. I am particularly passionate about empowering women and gender nonconforming individuals to build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and regain a sense of control in their lives.
My focus
I work best helping individuals who are struggling to remember their strength or need assistance building (and maybe re-building) after recovering from life transitions, trauma, or self-esteem challenges. Together we will develop a plan that is unique to you that helps you be the best version of yourself.
My approach
While I treat a range of concerns, my primary area of focus is working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and self-esteem. My approach incorporates skills and interventions from CBT, DBT, IFS, and Somatic techniques, and comes from an attachment-based and nervous system aware background.
