I hold a certification as a Sex Therapy informed professional and am passionate about creating a safe, comfortable space where you can explore your concerns without judgment.

My focus

I focus on clients with history of trauma, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, sexual issues, and substance abuse. I also enjoy working with those going through life transitions whether it may be change in career, reintegrating back into society after incarceration, or marital status changes.

My approach

I provide a holistic approach and create a unique therapeutic environment for each client. I make every effort to provide an environment where you feel safe and comfortable while taking a person-centered approach, helping you safely process issues without judgment while utilizing your strengths to achieve your personal goals.
