I work with a variety of clients who present with different issues. My focus has been to provide services to the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, Spanish-speaking individuals, and women's issues. I create a space where you can explore your concerns and work toward meaningful change.

My focus

I have worked with clients who are experiencing challenges in their lives and need help to navigate through their stress, depression, anger, and anxiety. I have helped those dealing with gender identity struggles, sexual orientation, and coming out issues.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness.
