My communication style

I like the client to lead the session with whatever they feel is most pressing to them during our time together. I create a safe space for the client to open up with whatever is on their mind.

My journey to mental healthcare

Having my own personal struggles with mental health issues, I was inspired by the mental health professionals who helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel and continuously work on growing to become the best version of myself. I take pride in helping others find their full potential.

My goals for you

Goal setting is discussed during the intake session when we get to go into more detail about the presenting issues and what the client feels they want to work on within themself. We will continuously review the progress or lack thereof throughout sessions together.

Our first session

The first session will be our intake session, where we get to know a little more about the presenting issues and background history. We will also discuss goals and what you feel you want to get out of your experience in therapy.
